Liebster Award!

I had never heard of the Liebster Award until today, when two sweet girls, Joanna from Who The F*uck is Chanel, and Tori from styleoftori, both nominated me. At first I didn't understand, but then I got kind of excited about it! Apparently, The Liebster Award is given to those great bloggers with less than 200 followers!  It's a great way to network and find more out about the bloggers you love! Since I was nominated by two bloggers, I'll try to compile my answers to my 11 favorite of their questions. Also, I get to nominate 11 bloggers! Coco Rocha for Shinsegae

As you should know, or will find out- I adore Coco Rocha. And I adore behind-the-scenes of photo shoots of Coco. Photo shoots allow us to create another world, another dimension where anything can happen. It doesn't matter how cheap or luxurious the garments are, we are captivated by the brilliance of color, movement, shape, and sometimes sound, that emanates from them and inspires us.

Music Mail Monday

Today marks the return of Music Mail Mondays: Lyrics that speak to me, delivered lovingly to you!

I love this old hymn, Come Thou Fount Of Every Blessing. It's so heartfelt, and I love the imagery of it.

This whole stanza sticks out to me, I think because it is my own heart-cry. "Prone to wander Lord I feel it, prone to leave the God I love." Unlike in the play "Faustus", there is no point-of-no-return with God. He is always there to pull me up, as dirty and unworthy as I feel. It's never too late. That kind of grace and compassion alone fills me with peace and joy.
